It’s been a long, long winter this year but finally it feels like we are turning a corner. While I did get out and about over winter, I didn’t do as much as I would have liked and I have to admit to hibernating a little during some of the colder weather. So it’s time to shake off the cobwebs and get out exploring again. No more excuses!
I’ve been looking back on all the photos I’ve taken since we arrived in Ireland at the end of 2016 and there are a lot. For a small country, it really does pack in a lot of amazing places! It was really hard to pick just 20 images to share but here’s what I came up with. These are some of my favourites. I still have so much to see and I’m excited to explore more of Ireland this year. So, I know there are a lot of places missing here but let’s call it a work in progress, ok?
If you’re planning to explore Ireland but aren’t sure where to go or what to do, hopefully these pictures will provide you with some inspiration and help you make up your mind! Also, if you have any questions or recommendations for any places for me to visit this year, please do let me know in the comments.
